Sophia is a Staff Engineer at Betterment where she works on the Site Reliability Team to build cool developer tools and software to manage cloud infrastructure. Her driving force is to make Betterment engineers’ lives easier, and to constantly increase operational and observability maturity to make sure we’re writing the best code we can for Betterment’s products and customers. Outside work she likes to make pastries, climb rocks, and manage social media for her parents' Goat Farm.
